As at July 2010 we have 2 units available.  The first is a 1 bedroom unit in the Main House; cost in the region of £130K.  The 2nd is a 3 bedroom unit in the Main House, cost in the region of £230K.

Please note that it is possible that we will be able and willing to sell these units on a shared ownership basis where the community/WHA would take ownership of part of the unit(s).

However, please bear in mind that we do not sell houses but rather places in the community. The pre-joining process can take many months (or years) as it is designed to try to ensure that joining the community is right for both the new member(s) and the present ones.
