Windflower Housing Association Canon Frome Court is a Georgian manor house and stable block set in 40 acres of rural Herefordshire skirted by the River Frome. It is owned and managed by the Windflower Housing Association, a co-ownership housing association. The house and stable block are divided into 18 self-contained homes, which vary in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, so we have a mix of singletons, couples and families. Those who join the community purchase one of the homes on a 999-year lease, just as they would any other leasehold home, and may sell the home when they wish to leave to an approved buyer.
