Ali Burns Returns! Weekend Singing Workshop

Join us at Canon Frome Court for a weekend of singing with the amazing Ali Burns.
Ali is one of the UK’s most respected songwriters for community choirs. Her songs have simple, profound text and are easy enough to learn by ear but still joyful and special to sing. They are adaptable for a wide variety of groups and make great performance pieces.

Ali will be joined by Jennie Fisk who will assist Ali in teaching the songs, and help keep everyone on track! Find out more about Ali at www.aliburns.co.uk

 

Canon Frome Court is an intentional community of 20 households who share a 40 acre farm. We’re fortunate to have a beautiful Music Room – a large hall with an amazing acoustic – which will be the venue for the workshop. Find out more about us using the About Us and Room Hire tabs.

Includes all refreshments: tea, coffee, cakes and a delicious vegetarian home-cooked lunch each day.

The workshop will run from 10am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday.

Accommodation

Basic camping is available on site for a fee of £10 per night

We have a small number of guest rooms available to rent

Bed & breakfast may also be available, staying with our members, at £18.50 per night

Ledbury is our nearest town with a range of accommodation options

With an eclectic history of all things performative and creative, the WOW award up is again up for grabs!! Come along and join in – on the stage or as a cheering supporter
