Improv at Canon Frome Court
April 5 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
£10
The primary objective is to have fun. We start with simple warm-up games to get to know each other, and then some exercises to help us create short stories and sketches. If you want to just stand back at any time that’s ok, but most people want to join in and enjoy the unexpected scenarios that unfold
Why come to Improv?Improv helps us to ‘be in the moment’ and free our minds, it helps us to reconnect with the imagination we had as a child, and with our imagination we connect with our creative self. Improv helps us to build self-confidence, develop communication skills, work as a team, think outside the box … and yes, you get all that while having a good time …!
Who is Improv for?
Improv is for anyone who wants to ‘give it a go’. You don’t need any drama, acting or improv experience. Whatever you do, you are making it up, and you can’t get anything wrong. You can create anything you want, and be whoever you want – that’s the fun of it.
concessions available | part of a series of dates | Wheelchair access available – please get in touch
